Refund & Cancellation Policy – Rameshwari Homestay

• ZERO Cancellation service is applicable only on selected bookings made directly through Rameshwari Homestay’s official channels.
• The amount collected for ZERO Cancellation service is non-refundable, even if the booking is later canceled.
• Guests are eligible for a full waiver of cancellation charges only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
• If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in, the waiver will not apply, and standard cancellation charges will be deducted.
• In case of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the guest or any third party, Rameshwari Homestay reserves the right to deny the benefit or cancel the booking without any refund.
• Travel agents or intermediaries are not allowed to use this service to book on behalf of their clients. Such bookings are liable to be cancelled without refund.
• Rameshwari Homestay retains full authority to interpret, modify, or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.
